A Relaxing Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

We had a lovely stay with comfy beds and a clean room. The breakfast options were plentiful, and my kids loved the pancake machine! However, the parking situation was a bit tight during peak hours. I'd recommend arriving early to secure a good spot.

The staff was super accommodating when we encountered an issue with our room, they really tried to help us out. The housekeepers kept the rooms clean and tidy, it made a difference in our stay.

Additionally, the additional fees, such as the unexpected sustainability charge, add an uncomfortable twist to the billing experience, catching some guests off guard. Given the hotel’s proximity to a busy highway, road noise may be bothersome as well, especially on lower floors.
